I work as a residential HVAC Installer as my primary career. This thermostat was removed from a customer’s home on a job for an HVAC company and replaced with a newer model thermostat. The thermostat still functions properly and isn’t broken. There are no visible signs of damage to the display or the circuit board, only minor marks on the front panel.
The condition overall and how the customer treated it is unknown - as well as how long the thermostat was installed in the customer’s home for.
Batteries were placed into the thermostat temporarily - batteries aren’t included in shipped product (AA batteries)
