Victoria’s Secret Strawberries and Champagne Ultra-Moisturizing Hand and Body Cream 7.25 oz. This item has been in storage for a while in a cooled place. It has never been used but could have lost some weight/ product while being stored not sure how. Anyway this item has never been used or opened!
**NOTE**
Some moisturizers and lotions are “whipped” which implies that the is air suspended in the mixture. After breaking the seal of the container, perhaps the air/gases that were suspended are now settling out or “off-gassing”.
