This listing is for a unique vintage gemstone pendant! Set securely in the center is a shield cut amethyst gemstone. The amethyst is set with 3 prongs and has a medium/dark purple color. It is surrounded by a wire frame in the shape of a shield that leads up to the traditional bail. There is a small rice pearl swinging from the bottom of the pendant. **it appears that the pearl has been chipped. I don't believe it is just the shape of the pearl but not 100% sure. Please see photo** The bail is large enough to fit your favorite 1.5mm chain. This pendant measures 1 and 1/4" from top to bottom and just over 3/8" from side to side. I cleaned it with a cloth polish but did not submerge it in the ultrasound. It is solid yellow gold and stamped 10K on the bail. 0.7 grams. A beautiful addition to your Art Deco Vintage Collection. February's birthstone!
